charming and super clean stay

cozy room spacious bathroom easy self-check-in excellent communication
the room felt so warm and cozy, the heating was on, a welcome embrace from the chilly weather outside (what a thoughtful touch!). the room and bathroom offered ample space. i found the self-check-in process easy because it was well-explained and complete with photos for clarity. communication flowed seamlessly through messages and email.
The door latch felt a bit loose. It didn't quite inspire confidence in its security. the catch only went in a little bit.

spacious room clean room natural light attic conversion
The family room was awesome. It was really spacious and clean!!! the room offered everything we needed. we even had lots of natural light, a plus since it was a converted attic room. i would certainly book this room again.
One bed was a bit uncomfortable. The door had gaps, so light came in.

lovely stay!

prompt replies really good service
i appreciated the prompt and thorough replies i received from meg whenever i had questions. the service on the day i stayed was really good, and the home made quiches were particularly amazing (i even asked for the recipe!).
the curtain pole in my room was coming away from the wall. i reported it shortly after checking in, but it was not fixed . hopefully, it will be addressed soon.

powerful shower friendly receptionist
the room felt spacious with a good powerful shower. i appreciated the hot drink selection and water bottles. the receptionist i met was very friendly and helpful.
the bath mat in my room had some hairs on it before i used it. it took a moment to clean this before i could give my daughter a bath.
